Nothing to show as the list for my forms disappears before I can click on it to open.

I have checked your account and see that the forms are being displayed normally at my end. I have cleared the form caches of your account to see if that helps. Please check again and let us know if you need any further assistance. You may also try logging in to your account using a private/incognito window or a separate browser to check how it works.
