Autoresponder Email: How to change the subject line?

I also want to change the current subject that says "We have received your response for Installation Confirmation (ADT/CSH)" to say, "YOUR ALARM INSTALLATION IS CONFIRMED"

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Let me show you how to change the Autoresponder Email's Subject:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Emails from the left panel menu.
2. Next, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email, and click on the Pencil icon.
3. Under the Email Subject field, you can modify the Subject of the Autoresponder Email. You can also use the Fields to dynamically change the Subject.
4. Finally, click on Save.
