Why my account has been suspended?

     I have another account welcome@cohosting.es that it was been suspended, i would like to retake if possible.

    According to our Terms of use you can not require credit card information the form. It is forbidden to collect sensitive information. That's why your account has been suspended. 

    In order to re-activate your account we need to delete your form. Please let us know if we can proceed.
