Error on Query when submitting form

Would it be okay if we make a test submission directly to your form so we can further inspect what's causing it? I'm afraid data entered into the form is only captured if the form is submitted or if the user saved the data using the save button, which I see is already enabled on your form.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Yes, continue to ask the developers to have an auto save function so that when your system crashes our work can be recovered.

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
