Gift Registry: Quantity Didn't Free Up After Deleting Submission

    I have created a countdown widget. Someone registered twice. I removed their duplicate submission, but my widget countdown didn't readjust. It' now off by one. Can I fix this?

    The box is Level 2 tap class.

    Hello Jodie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your submissions and I can see that the entries are still in the trash folder. It must be completely purged to free up the quantity in your widget. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on three dots icon and select Trashed Entries.
    2. Select the submission you want to delete and click the Delete Forever button.
