I think it's because I asked for email password in one of the questions. I ask this because it's for my Social media management business so I need access to their business email. If it's not allowed please let me know and I will remove it.

    Hi Clyde,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account and it is currently suspended due to this form collecting login credentials (Password). Online Form Builders, including Jotform, are sometimes being used for identity theft and we go to great lengths to prevent this. That is why collecting these types of data is considered a phishing activity, as stated in our Terms of Use.

You should also refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar, like an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

I have deleted the offending field on your form and reinstated your account.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
