For example, we are going to collect contact information from our members with the form. Its a one-time mailing, but the list is 1700+. We are going to set up a $9.95 paid plan, but we don't know how many will respond. We want to curb our costs and upgrade to the highest $45.95 plan only if neccessary based on activity with the form. Can we do so upgrading only if neccessary?Page URL:

First of, thank you for using JotForm. To answer your inquiry, yes, it is possible to upgrade your account from premium ($9.95) to professional ($49.95) as needed.

So for example, its Oct. 4, we establish the paid account as a Premium. On Oct. 5, we mail our form to our list and by Oct. 9, 1,000 submissions have come in so we upgrade to the Professional to stay afloat. In this example, do we get charged the difference or the full amout to upgrade to the professional?

You have to pay in full amount which is $49.95 for Professional Subscription.
