Feature request: Dropdown for Gift Registry Widget

I use the Gift Registry Widget to allow users to select volunteer shifts. These lists are very long and it would so very helpful to have the ability to list them all in a drop-down format. I've seen many others request this and am wondering if you can make it happen. The drop-down should have the ability to:

1. Create a list of options in drop-down format
2. Each option should have a limited quantity
3. As forms are submitted, the options available to the next user are diminished
4. The user should be able to select multiple options from the drop-down

Please prioritize this feature.
