Inventory is not depleting and ticket type is NOT showing

    Our ticket sales arent reducing inventory and they are not identifying the date ticket event.

    The inventory widgets in your form, as well as the calculation, are working fine.

    Since you are using Paypal, it would require actual payments to consume the quantity number left. Incomplete payments will not affect the quantity.

    If I have missed something, please let us know.

    Your support was so delayed on this urgent matter than I ended up chatting with the Facebook person through messages and they helped me complete recreate a form because the “gift registry” widget is completely broken and doesn’t function as it should. So anything you’re seeing here is not where the issue was.
