If/when conditions

Hello,

  When I set up my form, I have it set to ask only certain questions when the prospect says they are interested in a Life insurance quote.  Under the conditions section, I don't have anything in there in regards to getting the driver's name, driver's date of birth, and driver's license however those three questions show up when on the form when live.  Do you know why this is happening?

Please try to use the Hide feature to the fields you do not want to show or create a separate Show/Hide condition for that fields. Here's a sample conditional configuration:
