    Hi Milan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with the email address that you used to open this thread and found that it was suspended because one of your forms is collecting login credentials from people, which is against our Terms of Use. I removed the offending field in your form and reactivated your account, you can now be able to log in again to your account.
