Connection to Zoho CRM not working properly

    If I have an entry from the same person more than once, it is only going into zoho once. We need to have multiple entries from the same person go into zoho. Is that possible?

    I have looked into it some and I apologize but currently I am unable to find and provide any relevant information as to whether or not this is possible. I will keep researching more about it and come back if I find out anything or perhaps one of my colleagues may have some better information as to doing such.
