This is for phone only haven't tested on desk/laptop.
I have file upload for video but when phone goes to sleep it fails the uploads that were in progress. I have tried the Dropbox widget on a Wix website ( where this is going) which works fine - continues uploading even when phone goes to sleep.
Is this possible to implement on this app?

To further investigate, kindly provide us the following information.
1. Device model?
2. OS version?
3. Browser used and version?
4. What video format are you trying to upload?
Lastly, please share the form in question so we can also check. Looking forward for your response.

This issue is caused by a behavior that is inherent to mobile browsers.
In my tests, even the Wix Dropbox widget fails after the phone sleeps (after 30s).

Admittedly I only let phone sleep once while I tried the Wix dropbox app but it did continue uploading after bringing it back perhaps the phone somehow didn't sleep properly or I remember wrongly, however after several sleep tests I come to the same result as you, it fails.
I take this is an OS thing and not something the form somehow can override?

I have read a thread that iOS WiFi will keep ON and doesn't drop down if it is connected to a power source. Also make sure that Cellular Data is turned OFF

We have implemented a fix. This should be resolved by now.
