Hi! Question: I have my form set so that a user receives a confirmation email once they have submitted their form. However, I want to make sure that they do not receive an email every time their submission is edited each time we make updates to their information on the back-end. Can someone please confirm this?
Thanks!
Melissa

Hi Melissa,
To avoid sending a notification email after editing the form, please disable the Send On Edit in the notification email advanced settings. Here's a screenshot:
I hope this helps. Please try it and if the issue still persists, let us know.

Hi John,
Thanks for your response. The problem is that we want emails to be sent to us when the user edits their submission, but we do not want an email sent to the user when we edit their information via the back-end.
Do you know if emails are sent to users when their information is edited on the back-end?

You can actually set that in Notifier and Autoresponder:

Thank you!
