No one registering via my registration form has received their confirmation emails over the last 24 hours. Is this a bigger issue via JotForm today? Or have I altered a setting on my site?

It is because the Change Email Condition recipient field is incorrect.
On your email field, the field correct unique field name is {email87}
While on your Change Email Recipient conditional has {email}
Please change it to {email87} and hit SAVE.
