I have upgraded to the Bronze plan and branding is still showing on my forms.
I have made sure it is turned off in the settings yet it is still showing.
Will this correct itself?

I did check your account and found that you have successfully disabled "JotForm Branding". I also checked all the 4 forms you have in your account and none of them is displaying any JotForm branding. Please check the screenshot below:
It could be a browser cache related issue. I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to clear browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

Thank you. It seems that the feature takes a few hours to activate when you initially upgrade. I did actually clear the browser cache and the branding still showed up until the next day.

This is strange. When you upgrade your account and disable JotForm branding, it will remove the branding almost instantly but I am not sure why it was not applied immediately.
But I am glad that now it is not displaying the JotForm branding in your form.
