Hello Michelle,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Both your forms have a payment option. Can you share more details about the payment cost you're trying to add and the URL of the form you're working on?
Let us know if you need any more help.

Hello Michelle,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. If you need to add a Child you can just add an additional product by clicking on Add Product. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Product List.
2. Click on Add New Product.
3. Set up the Product.
If you create a sub-product with a special price it will conflict price of the main product.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Michelle,
Thanks for getting back to us. If I understand your concern correctly, you would like to add another option of $65.00 for Children. As explained by my colleague, adding this option as a subproduct option will conflict with the price of the main product. As a workaround, you can add the price ($65) for children in the current price ($80) when selected in the subproduct option. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select your product and click on the Cart Icon.
- Under the Products tab, click on the Pencil Icon beside your product and go to the Options tab.
- Click the + Add button beside the Add a Product Option and enter the following details:
- Label: with children ($65)
- Toggle the Special Pricing per Option as Yes.
- Enter the options in the Populate Options from Presets with NO = 80, and YES = 145 ($80 + $65).
That's it! Test your form, and you should see the amount changes when the user selects the subproduct option for children. Check out my screencast below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
