If I Embed my form on multiple websites, is there any way to decipher where the form submission came from on my google sheets integration?

If the form is on www.webaddress-1.com and www.webaddress-2.com and the form is submitted on www.webaddress-2.com I would like to know it came from that one. is this possible?

    Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can achieve this by adding our Get Form Page URL widget to your form. Let me show you how to add Get Form Page URL widget to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element.
    2. Go to the Widgets tab, then search for the Get Form Page URL widget.
    3. Click the widget to add.How to determine what webpage the form is submitted from? Image 1 Screenshot 20

That's it. You can now automatically fetch your form’s page URL to find out where your submissions are coming from when they’re embedded in another web page.

Also, you may want to check the Get Referrer widget. This widget will automatically collect all referral URLs when people fill out your form.

Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.
