Now, let me help you with your question. It seems the form you are referring to is currently associated with a different account. Unfortunately, we can only transfer the form if the request comes from the owner of the form. The form owner needs to create a support ticket using his/her Jotform account requesting to transfer his/her form/s. We also require the Form URLs of the forms and the username or email of the account to which the forms will be transferred.
