Dear Team @JotForm,
I had more than 150 submissions in my account.
However, when i tried logging in the other day, all were missing.
Also, my order form is not available any more.

You have reached the limit of 5 active forms (FREE accounts).
First, delete any form that you are not using or don't need.
You can find your form in the Archived folder.
Select your form and click Unarchive
After that, your form and your form data will be available.
