Why is the background image and/or colour background not working..?

Man, we really like your forms but finding continual problems displaying the background image. As you can see the form is not showing the background image i uploaded and same on my other forms.

We were about to upgrade to full package but unless we can sort this out, we will not be upgrading and will probable find another system. This has been going on since i registered 4 weeks ago.

Any suggestions. I have seen on the forum that this may be a Cloudflare issue at your end. Please confirm.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked your form from the website you shared with us and I can see that there is a background image applied to the form.

If this is not what you are seeing on your end, I suggest that you try using a different browser or try clearing the cache of your current browser.
