    Can't delete submissions from iPhone app

    Has this bug been fixed? Noticed a few others had same issue.I noticed that the "time of submission" reported on the iPhone app is 1 hour past the actual submission time.Also, my submissions are files (also integrated with Dropbox) if that makes a difference. I actually Want to keep the Dropbox files but remove the files from your server.Thanks again, Tyson

    Hi Tyson,

    I would like to inform you that the iphone app still have issue and it's current ticket is still with our dev team with still opened status.


    You can try opening that form with submissions on the form builder, and delete the submissiosn there(if that is what you wanted to do). Make sure to make back-up of the submissions first in case you have need of it. 

    To be more safe, remove the Dropbox integration too before deleting submissions.

    I will add your post to the thread with ticket so that you will be included on the notification when our Dev team have news/updates on progress of this.

    Thanks. Note that it''s impossiblel to log into my jotform account from safari on iPhone because of how the web page renders on iPhone. I downloaded opera so I could log into my account and delete the submissions on iPhone. So maybe let the dev folks know about that too. Tyson
