This is Mihaela Tom from flowerMe (flowerme.hu). This is to report a malfunction on the forms related to the total quantity of the products which is not shown in the forms.
Could you please fix that as soon as possible?

I cloned your form and submitted a test submission and in my work the quantity it is being shown.

Hello, thank you for the answers, the quantity are show in the form but not the totals once the client is ordering the products right on the form. It is shown only when the e/mails are sent to them or as a notifier to me. Which is strange. Before the totals were shown directly on the form once filled/in.On the other hand, I just realized that the text which was inserted in the e/mails containing the summary of the order dissapeared and do not understand how this happened.Last but not least the footer of the Thank you letter on the website is branded with jot form. Why is that?

If you want to show the total on the form, you have to set Show Total Price on the Form option to Yes inside of the payment field settings.
