Conditional Logic Problems

Hi, 

 I'm having trouble with my conditional logic. 

It's messing up after "I want to". It's supposed to send them to what they select (look better, feel better, etc), but it just sends them to the next one in the sequence. 

Am I doing it wrong?

I cloned your form and made a sample here https://form.jotform.com/80076482922964. Please provide us the specs of the conditions like what other pages would you like to appear after user selected Look better, Feel better, etc. option?

1. Look better - what would be the succeeding fields that you want to show?

2. Feel better - what would be the succeeding fields that you want to show?

3. Be stronger - what would be the succeeding fields that you want to show?
