How do I change the user details of account?

    Hi, I need to get another staff member onto the JotForm account as I am leaving the company.  How do I do this?  At the moment it is connected to my name and email address which will become redundant next week.

    I did check your account and found that you do not have any forms created yet. You were added as sub-user account and user "mcpaddenm" have shared forms with you. 

    There are two options to solve this problem:

    #1. You can ask your user "mcpaddenm" to remove you as sub-user account and add another user and share forms with new user.

    #2. You can login to your JotForm account and change the email address in account profile. Please check the screenshot below:

    You can also send us a message to change your account username as well and we will do the needful.

    Thanks for this.   The problem we have is that mcpaddenm has also left so we dont have access to his account details.  Are you able to change this for us?  If so, do I need to send a private message with details?

    Since both accounts are under the same domain (email address), I removed your account as sub-user from mcpaddenm account.

    Hi Nik

    I did not ask that my name be deleted.  I need to be able to change it when I leave as I will be using it over the next week.  Also, Mcpaddenm no longer works for us so we dont have any access at all to the account.  Please can you reinstate me as a sub-user.  It still does not answer my question about giving details for a new user as I cant add anyone as a sub-user.

    I have reinstated your account "natalie.bowie@rmpp.co.nz" as a sub-user from the account "mcpaddenm"

    We could change the email address from the account "mcpaddenm" and send a Reset Password instruction so that you can update the password from that account.

    Let us know the email address you wanted "mcpaddenm" to have so we can change it for you.
    Please also ensure that it is still NOT registered/used in Jotform.
