form is not showing up on my web site

    Hello,


    i have created the form and i am able to see it on my web site in the preview mode, and i have tested it it's working. But in the online mode when i go to my web site  is not showing up

    Hello,

    I could not find any JotForm Embed code in the source code of your website.

    Have you tried following these steps?
