Rather than clone and re-write code in my website, is it possible to duplicate the form with all submissions as an archive and keep the original form code intact on the site?
Thanks for your help

I think that's basically what the clone form does. When you clone a form, it would only create a new copy (duplicate) of the original form. The original form and its submissions data won't be affected in any way.
Here's how to clone an existing form in your account http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form.
Note that cloning a form won't include the submissions data, except only the form itself.
