Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I apologize for the confusion on your question. For the Final Summary, are you referring to the Approval Report Summary? Or the complete details in the form? If it is the latter, you can create a Notification Email, and the recipient names. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
4. Select Notification Email.
5. Click on the Recipients tab.
6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.
7. Finally, go to the Advanced tab, uncheck Send Notification Email When Submission is Received, and click on the Save button.
