Hi Support, I would like to know the reason why the email email@example.com is included in the Bounce list. How can the email be removed from the bounce list and how to prevent from happening again?
Kindly advise me.

After you click the "REMOVE" button does it still goes back to the bounce list ?
I checked the email and this is the Reason why it is bounce listed. It seems that it is blocking Jotform's IP addresses.
Could you please ask your Email Service provider or Website administrator to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses?

I have now remove it from the bounce list for now. If it still goes back kindly do the suggested solution above.
