Why not all fields are showing in the builder?

Hello! I'm building a form but it won't show me any options after "Star Rating". I am looking at past forms and they include "scale rating, divider, section collapse, page break". I also wanted to use the form tabs widget, but when I searched for it, it did not come up. 

I checked your form and all fields are there:
