Old title shown when sharing the form URL in Facebook

I created my form for my organisation and am trying to publish it but it shows the old title. I have gone to the advanced preferences and changed the Page Title used in the HTML <title> when shared as a standalone page. The title should not include the shu tinkering bit

This is an issue with Facebook still storing the previous preview of your URL, so I went to Facebook Developer Page and scraped the URL. Then made sure the issue is not persisting by using my facebook account.
