How can I access or clone a JotForm form?

But i don't have the login of the person who made the website.

Is it possible that I can adapt this form online or something?

So I don't have to make a complete new one?

Or if I am able to copy / paste the code that will be fine as well, but if I have to remake the whole form, question by question, this is a lot more work..
