Conditional Logic rules changing when theme is changed + format changing without my imput

Is it normal for Conditional Logic rules to be dismissed when a theme is changed? I made a form using a plain theme and once completed changed to the FREE PET THEME and my calculation conditional logic rules stopped working.

I reverted to a previous version and the conditional logic rules started working again.

But then the format changed without me making any changes - changing to white and the questions appearing on the top.

I have a PAID plan but I am concerned my forms will change without my knowledge - I don't have time to monitor them once embedded into my weebly website.

    Any suggestions?

Please note that changing a form theme will have no effect on the calculation and conditions logic you have added in form.

I cloned your form and changed the theme to "Pet Lover" theme. All your condition seems to work as expected. Please check the following cloned form and see if it works as expected:   https://form.jotform.com/80094714575966

I would like to assure you that form will not change until you edit your form. Since we have auto-save feature enabled in form editor, please ensure you have not logged in to your account in two location/browser and loaded the form in editor.

We will wait for your response.

    Hi Ashwin

    Thanks for your prompt response.

The link you provided of the clone was working but later I made yet another clone and not only are the conditional logic settings not working but I can't make inputs to fields. The issue appears to be the colour of the input field text - see answer below.

I chose Pet Lovers Theme and then altered the colour. The new colour inputs fields the same colour (white) as the back ground. So it is working but invisible. It should be black. Can't seem to change it.

I either need to change the colour of the input font or change the colour of the link to the Terms and Conditions(last page)
