    Matrix Appearance works with FIrefox, but NOT with IE and Chrome

    Asked by tquinn63 on September 28, 2012 at 07:34 PM

    On the form referenced below, I have two (2) locations where I put two (2) matrices together side-by-side by shrinking them.

    The matrices appear perfectly in design mode, preview mode and directly in an independent Firefox browser window.

    The problem:  these matrices appear vertically in both IE and Chrome.

    Please advise...

    Thank you for contacting us.

    In this case I would recommend to set some pre-defined width for mentioned Matrix elements.

    You can find their IDs (cid_72 and cid_74) via source code.

    Then, add a bit more code to your custom CSS.

    #cid_74, #cid_72 {width: 250px !important;}

    Please give it a try, and let us know if you need any further assistance.
