Why I cannot upgrade?

    Hi there,


    I've tried multiple times to upgrade to a bronze account and it will not let me it referred me to contacting you.

     I have just checked your account and noticed that you were able to upgrade to the bronze yearly plan. 

    Please confirm this and let us know if you have any question.
