I have just tried to upgrade an account and i wasn't able to reproduce the said issue. As you know, you need to login to your JotForm account first. Can you please try to upgrade your account using a different browser and let us know?

We'll be waiting for your reply.

Ok now working but another problem.

The clients payal account is linked to their bank account as has been verfied, unfortunately they do not have a credit / debit card linked to that account and paypal is not letting me make the purchase without a linked card.

The client says thay do not have cards for the business but their bank account is linked to paypal, they said linking a card to paypal there are not willing to do.

How can we get around this problem?

    Many thanks

    Hi Scott,

That is Paypal's policy, you have to linked a Debit/Credit VISA or MasterCard before you can make withdrawals, purchases and send a payment. Actually there is a certain limit on your account that you can use before they promt you to add Debit/Credits Cards but you cannot make a certain transactions without someone sending funds to your account or adding funds from your bank account (if bank will allow you to add funds to paypal)

The best solution is to ask your client to add Debit/Credit cards.

    Thanks

Ok so this is what we are going to do.

I will pay on behalf of my client, who will then pay me back.

    BUT

When on the purchase page do I put in my name and address details or their details if I'm going to pay from my own paypal account. Also my email address or their email address.

    Many thanks

    Hi,

Can you please do the transaction again and have a screenshot of the problem/error and pass it over to us and to your client. I'm not quite sure if your client was right because I have been doing a business with Paypal for over 2 years and they really require someone to have a Debit/Credit card link to your account before you can do transactions beyond the given limit to an Unverified account.

Bye the way, may we know the status of his account on Paypal if it was Verfied or Unverified like below screenshot of my Paypal account?

Thank you and we'll wait for your response.

Please could you refer to my last post. We have now decided to do it that way. But could you verify with me the questions asked about who's details to enter.

Thank you again for your patience :)

    Hi,

I'm sorry, I do not noticed that you have edited your post (Yes, you have edited it :) ).

It is your decision if you will pay the subscription for them, of course the refund should be paid by them (your client). You should use your personal details because the Paypal Info is yours, this is also for your own security.

    Thanks
