Forms disabled

    Hello - I am writing because my forms were disabled becasue we surpassed our FREE 10 SSL entries this month. I'd like to remove the option to pay online with the form so that our registration form will continue to work. Could you please tell me how to go about getting our form back in working staus.

    I have checked the form found on the link you have indicated, and it doesn't seem to have received any submission at all. Can you please specify the form URL or account that has been disabled?
