Hi Jotform folks, not sure why I'm suddenly not receiving email alerts for my two forms. I've checked to be sure the alerts are enabled and that the correct email addresses are included. I did a test submission on my site and so far no email alert. It appears that the last submissions received were all on Sept.1st. So I'm wondering if there was an update to the forms that I need to include on my site that I didn't know about. Please advise.
My two sites are RiverTavernRestaurant.com and DinnersAtTheFarm.com

Hello Michelle, I have checked our logs and found your e-mail address in our "bounce list". Here is the reason given:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta26.emeryville.ca.mail.c= omcast.net comcast 188.8.131.52 Comcast Blocked for spam. Please see http= ://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000'
I have since removed your address from there and that should fix the issue. To avoid this in the future, please whitelist our Jotmails ip addresses or ask your email service provider to do it for you.
Also, a good suggestion would be to set the sender address to firstname.lastname@example.org on your form notifications.
