When sending a link to a form out...

When sending a link to a form out to customers I dont want it to have my username in the link.

Is there any way of changing the whole link as opposed to the part after the last - /

It seems you are using your form's custom URL. You can reset the form URL which will remove your username from the form URL. Please check the screenshot below on how to reset form URL:
