My form will not ever show as submitted?

I just created a new form.  I fill it out and click submit, but it never shows in dashboard as every being submitted?

I checked your form and apparently it is stuck on submitting.

Could you please try disabling Encryption on the form, try to submit and then try to enable it back (please be mindful that this will create a new decryption key):
