Additionally, after having cleared the form, the form conditions I have set up that depend on the Configurable List being filled out are messed up (details below).
Details about #2:
My conditions are that a number of fields are conditionally shown once the Configurable List has been filled out.
The problem is that after clicking "Clear Form," even though the Configurable List has NOT been cleared, the other fields that depend on the Configurable List being filled out are not showing on the page, and even manually deleting the contents of the Configurable List and re-filling it do not trigger the conditional fields to show again.

Are you able to provide us some screenshot or screencast showing the working condition then suddenly stops working after using the clear form button?
Or maybe share the form URL for us to test? Looking forward for your response.

Thanks for sharing the form. Based on my test, the condition still works but since it wasn't cleared after clicking the "Clear form" button, it hides back what is supposed to be displayed. If you choose a different selection, it triggers back the condition.

Thanks for testing. It is definitely not behaving properly at least in some browsers—below is on Firefox (Mac). Although I accidentally found while making this screen capture that I was in fact able to get the course selection options to reappear by dragging down in the area where they were supposed to be, it definitely isn't reappearing in the way it should be as it does in your screen capture.
Could you please keep looking into it as at least a browser-related issue?

I was able to reproduce it on Firefox Windows as well. It seems to be isolated to Firefox browser only. I have now forward this to our L2 team for further investigation.
