I have been trying to change my plan to the Silver 2 year plan to the Bronze 1 year plan. I have found that we don't utilize it enough at this time to justify the extra expense of the Silver plan. I get to the screen where it says it is trying to change it and to wait, but it never processes through. Please help me to accomplish this as the payment for the new plan is coming up soon and I need it changed before then.

Upon your request, I have gone ahead and switched your subscription to bronze yearly plan. Your subscription is set to auto-renew on Jan 13, 2018 and you will be charged for the bronze yearly plan.
