Contact form for different sites

    If I have 2 or more sites for clinets and want to create a Contact Form for each site that sends to their individual email accounts can I/How do I do this?

    Hi Guy;

    You need to set notification emails of the corresponding sites of your clients and ensure each site ahas its corresponding email associated with the client. Use the guide below on setting notification emails;

    Guy, thanks for your interest in our services. As you know, after you have created your forms, you need to embed them to your client's websites. This User Guide Article explains which embed code you need to use while embedding your forms.

    Of course, you need a recipient address to get your form notifications. To each of your form you can add single or multiple recipients

    You can use / embed your forms for multiple clients. There is no limit. You just need to check your monthly submission counts. 

    Before creating your first form, my suggestion would be to create a free account. You can also check our Form Templates. We do have a lot of sample forms, which might be useful.
