Why my form title is not updaing in Facebook?

    Hi


    When I change name to a form and re use it to another purpose

    Facebook do show the old form name and header

    The screenshot I attach has the name of "Anmälan Måncirkel på nätet" and not "Gudinne resa till Avalon-Glastonbury"

    We have the same problem with other forms

    That's the page title and it's different from the form title.

    But still it is showing the wron title or picture when adding it to Facebook
    or Messenger

    You have to scrape your form using facebook debug to let facebook fetch the updated data from your form's OG tag.

    Go to: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

    Paste your form url and press Debug button.

    Then you will see your form information with a button called Scrape Again.

    Press it and your form will be updated by facebook.

    After that, you can try posting your form in facebook once again.

    I have checked the source code of your form and I found there is no OG information for image.

    A workaround to add the image information is to use your form source code http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-Download-a-Source-Code-of-your-Form.

    Embed your source code on a clean HTML page. On top of the source code, add the Facebook meta tags from this page https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters.  Make sure to set your content values particularly the image as it is used as the thumbnail image on Facebook posts.
