Why is Google Spreadsheet Inetgartion is not getting data from my form?

I have the Google Spreadsheet and Google Drive integrations set up for this form:

But when I got to the link shown for each of those integrations, neither has any of my recent data.

I don't get submissions very often but the newest data is from 2016 and I should have a submission from within the past month.

I have checked your form and seen that there are some very few updates made on the form. Kindly note that when changes are made on a form its always recommended to re-o the integration as the integration may have been broken when changes were made.

I would recommend removing the integration and adding it back again then check if the Google Spreadsheet will be updated with latest form submissions.
