Ticket Purchase widget minimum selection not working.

    How can I set a minimum number of selections with the Gift Registry Widget. There is already an option to set a maximum.

    Hi pcdctcsf,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a minimum selection when using the Gift Registry. I recommend you use the Ticket Purchases widget instead. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Widgets tab, search for Ticket Purchases. Drag and drop the widget to your form.
    • In the widget settings that open on the right side of the page, set the value according to your requirement.
    • Finally, click on Update Widget. That's it.

    I tried out the Ticket Purchases Widget with its starting values, and I set a Minimum value of 2 and Maximum of 3. When I try out the form, it prevents me from selecting four different types of ticket, but if I select only one ticket, it allows me to submit the form. Technically, selecting only one type of ticket should not be allowed because my Minimum is set at 2.

    Why isn't it working correctly?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulty with this. Are you referring to the form named Form? If so, I cloned and tested your form, and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers.
