I am sending an email that invites someone to sign up for a charter group...
I am offering a YES button and a NO button ... This would take them to a form (or forms)...
I was wondering, could I have ONE form... have them select Yes, No, or Maybe, and based up on that, present them with different results?
>>For Yes... upon submit, it would integrate with Mail Chimp, and receive a confirm...thank you message.
>>For No... upon submit, it would give them a We're sorry, you are not joining us message, thank you for your comments. (I want them to tell us why they are saying no)
>>For Maybe, I want to learn more... Upon submit, it would say, you will hear from us soon... Thank you!
OR... what would be best, easiest way?
Do I need more than one form?

You can do all that. Except for the Integration with Mail Chimp, once integrated to Mail Chimp all submissions will be sent there.
To send a different thank you message, you can do that using Conditions Wizards.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

I decided to have ONE form for those that select the YES button via the email invitation... and ONE form for those that select NO or MAYBE from the email invitation.
I think that solves it... thanks!
I like knowing I can send different thank you messages, however.
