I edited my email notification to include every field from my form as it's a contract...now I see to email notifications but only want the one...is it safe to delete one?

Hello melissamorrissey. Yes, it's safe to delete one of your notifications that you don't need. It's also safe to delete all your notifications if you do not need any of those.

I guess i don't understand what email notifications are then if you say it's safe to delete all. I just edited my email notification template show that all fields show up when someone submits my form, so if deleted it, how would it still work?

i deleted the one i didn't want and kept the edited email template and tried to test it and all fields i added are not showing up in my submission

Can you please specify which of the fields is not being included in the submissions?

The only fields showing up are the ones that require an answer. But I've added all the html text fields to the email notification template so that the would show as well....i'm sure i must just being missing something here. are you able to look into what i've done under the email alert sections?

In the email alert section when i hit test email and it comes in, it looks right but if i go fill out my form myself and hit submit, and then look at the submission on here, it's still missing all the added fields.

I just made a submission on your form. Can you check your email notification if all possible fields were filled up?

Yes, thank you, it does show up in the email notification, but when i look at the submission on here to print it off, it just shows the parts you filled out. How can i fix that, as it all needs to be printed.
On a side note, i see a map displayed in it as well when i view it on here....i'd like the map to not print.

I understand what you are trying to achieve. However, the submissions will only display the information that was submitted by the user. Technically, HTML fields are only to display information in your case.
There are a number of things that you can do in order to work around this limitation.
One would be to print the hard copy from your e-mail submission.
Another option would be to have pre-printed copies of the clauses that you wish to include. Add this pages to the contract/submission print in order to have a complete hard copy file.
