Getting an "Oops! Something went wrong..." error when loading the edit page of forms

i am not sure if it's only me or this problem acurs for everyone? every time i want to edit ant form it says (Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't initialize widget list.

I have cleared your account's form cache on my end, can you check if that made any difference, please?
