Field not showing up

Hello,

I have created a form and when I preview the form a "long text entry" field is not showing up.  I've checked to make sure the field is not hidden but I can't seem to make it visible.  The field is "Corrective Action Taken" and it sits below "If there were any witnesses to the accident, please provide name(s)".

I cloned your form, and noticed that "long text entry" with the field "Corrective Action Taken" is shown, from my end.

You can check once again, just to make sure id that is what you need.

Try to insert some text in "Long text entry properties", then go to advanced, and you will see to boxes default value or hover text.

Let me know, if we did something?! I tested on the IE and Mozilla and it looks like it's working.

I put “hello” in the place holder section and it still doesn’t show up. I’m using Chrome browser. I have the long text entry element in many of my forms but this is the only one I’m having issues with.

Checking on the form further I managed to fix the issue by removing the the field and adding a similar field.

I would recommend if you do not mind try removing the field and adding a similar field.

Kindly do let us know if this fixes the issue on your end.
